I found FraggleWorks purely by chance. I was complaining about my website to a friend, saying how I had been very let down by the designer of my present site and not really got what had originally been discussed. I was saying that I found the whole experience upsetting and costly. I was very loath to start looking around again, as I didn’t really understand what they all talk about!

My friend told me about Hollie, and how she is ‘non-geeky’ and talked in a straightforward way. Hollie had been helping her with her new site, and it appeared that it was going really well! Reluctantly I contacted FraggleWorks. After a few minutes of chatting to Hollie, I realised I was speaking to someone who was completely understanding of my situation, and happy to come and have a chat.

After a very successful first meeting, and a quote that I was very happy with, I instructed Hollie to go ahead with the new site. I am now the proud owner of a wonderful website that I am happy to share with my customers! It is just how I wanted it – and more!
